Volunteering at Upbeat inspires, empowers and supports people recovering from mental health issues in taking action in their communities, on their own terms, based upon their own concerns and ambitions.
Upbeat enables people to use everyday skills to benefit others!
Help can be in many forms - performing practical tasks, befriending someone, running errands or even cleaning! Help could also be more structured e.g. Tutoring workshops or sound engineering for artists.
Client Group: Camden residents recovering from mental health issues.
Volunteer helpers do not have to be Camden residents or have mental health issues.
